Zach joined Odele as CEO in June 2025, bringing more than two decades of experience across leading beauty brands, with deep expertise in haircare, brand-building and omnichannel retail across domestic and international markets. At Odele, his leadership and operational excellence are focused on scaling the brand with integrity and making Odele a household name. Prior to Odele, Zach served as CEO of Living Proof, where he led the brand to doubling revenue to more than $150 million and strengthened its position as a leader in prestige haircare, including becoming the #1 Prestige Dry Shampoo brand in North America. Previously, he was Global General Manager of Bumble and bumble, leading a successful turnaround to growth and improved profitability. Zach has also held leadership roles at The Wella Company and Procter & Gamble. Zach and his husband live in Boston, though he considers Minneapolis'Odele HQ'a second home.
