Yanghee Paik is the co-founder and CEO of Rael, a Los Angeles-based clean feminine care and skincare brand focused on holistic cycle care. A first generation Korean immigrant, prior to Rael, she held executive roles at Walt Disney Studios and worked as a management consultant at Boston Consulting Group. Under her leadership, Rael expanded from organic cotton pads to a full range of clean, vegan skincare, while securing a $35M Series B in 2022. Yanghee continues to drive the company's growth, global expansion, and innovation, with a strong focus on product development in both the US and Korea. Yanghee received her MBA from Harvard Business School, and B.A. from Seoul National University.
