Her career has centered on one unshakable belief: that consumers want and deserve performance with purpose'and brands must rise to meet that expectation.
Rachel began her journey in beauty behind the Bobbi Brown counter at Bloomingdale's'an experience that shaped her lifelong passion for sincere brand connection. From there, she advanced into global leadership roles across Est'e Lauder Corporation (Lauder brand, Bobbi Brown), L'Or'al (YSL, Lanc'me), Coty (philosophy) and the indie world (Pat McGrath, Lawless Beauty), where she helped drive multi-channel growth, brand transformation, and category expansion across skincare, makeup, fragrance, and body care.
These experiences shaped Rachel's perspective on the evolving intersection of science, self-care, and storytelling'where clinically backed innovation meets meaningful consumer connection.
